If the installation stops at a particular disc all the time

* Before trying the installation again, insert the disc which caused the installation to stop
* Check the disc can be read by windows on its own.
* If windows can read the disc, then copy the contents of the disc to a folder on your computer named after the number on the disc ("Disc 4" for example.)
* Remove this disc and reinsert disc 1 and start the installation again
* When you are asked to put in the disc which caused the error, use the browse option to point the installer to the folder you created instead
* Once you have installed that part, return back to using the discs


If the installer fails at different discs

* If the installation fails at different discs each time, this is usually caused by the disc drive idling or timing out.
* To help prevent this, please make sure all other programs are closed on the PC.
